PMMI rapport “Vision 2025”

30 januari 2018

Changing consumer demands, such as the push for clean labeling, the rise in the meal kit market, as well as an increase in custom products, is affecting consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies' production operations, according to the new Vision 2025 report from PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies.
As consumer demands increase, CPG manufacturers feel the pressure to meet requirements and look to OEMs to help provide solutions. CPG companies point out that packaging changes present constant challenges to machine design and continue to cite the need for flexible, multi-functional equipment enabling efficient changeovers (Nieuwsbericht PMMI, 9 januari 2018).
