Video: Amerikanen tonen frustratie over moeilijk te openen verpakkingen

In the opening episode of a video series of consumer research in partnership with Watch Me Think, Packaging Digest reveals what bothers Americans about packages that are hard to open—and how they adapt.
In less than five minutes, nearly a dozen people show what they go through to get into various products, including foods, electronics and personal care items.
Participants also suggest improvements for notoriously hard-to-open packages, from sealed clamshells and lidding on pudding cups to tamper-evident bands and tear-open pouches (Nieuwsbericht Packaging Digest, 6 februari 2014).
