Levenslang leren en de flexibilisering van de arbeid
Safeguarding the long-term competitiveness and sustainable innovation capability of business in packaging, strongly depends on the lifelong learning of its employees. A recent article in The Economist (‘The future of work - There’s an app for that’) describes the effects caused by the workforce becoming more flexible.
Freelance workers available at a moment’s notice will reshape the nature of companies and the structure of careers. One in three members of the American workforce does some freelance work, according to the newspaper. The 1st European Conference on the Future of Business Education in Packaging (April 23rd, 2015) will probe further into these issues.
