Europese voedselcontact eisen besproken in seminar

The evolving EU food contact guidelines can present a challenge for companies developing and manufacturing food packaging or food contact materials. All aspects were addressed in a seminar by Intertek (NVC-member) which took place on April 23-24 in Amsterdam. Questions addressed included how to ensure product compliance, the latest regulatory developments, practical steps for implementing the official guidelines, real life case studies, the latest industry thinking and a comprehensive update on the regulations.
NVC presented their view on the impact of more stringent regulations on the industry and showed the importance of providing adequate training to the packaging professionals.
