The legislation concerning food contact materials, including packaging, is becoming increasingly stricter. Often it appears to be difficult to translate the legislation into practical procedures. This interactive workshop deals with the food contact legislation, gives insight into the selection and evaluation of test conditions, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and traceability, and gives guidelines for dealing with them.
